Storage and retention of personal information
When you use this website to purchase tickets for our concerts, we will store the information you provide to us (name, email address, tickets purchased) for six months after the concert. If you consent to us contacting you about future events, we will keep your name and email in our records until such time as you ask to be removed. If you wish your information to be deleted sooner than six months, or if you decide you no longer wish to be kept on our mailing list to inform you about future events, please let us know.
We do not store any of your payment details - all card payments are handled by the payment processing company, stripe.com, and none of your card details are sent to us.
All of your data is stored securely in a strong password-protected database. It is necessary to pass your information to the payment card processing company (stripe.com), but we will never intentionally pass your details to any other third-party organisation.
Contacting you
We will email you to the address you provide when booking your tickets in order for you to have confirmation of your purchase. We will also email you if there are any important changes to the concert. We will not email you for any other reason, unless you consent to be contacted about future events.
Refunds
In the event of a concert being cancelled, we will refund your ticket purchases in full. We can also refund your ticket purchases if you cancel before the concert date (minus a 10% processing charge).
Cookies
We do not set any cookies on your computer when you are simply browsing our site.
We do, however, require a cookie to be set on your computer when you enter information when purchasing tickets for our performances. This is necessary so that your information is not lost when moving from one page to another. It is not possible to purchase tickets from us without this cookie being set. This cookie is deleted when you close your web browser. It is not linked to any advertising.
Additionally, it is necessary for the payment card processing company (stripe.com) to set cookies on your computer. You can view their privacy policy here .

The legal basis for processing your data in this way is 'legitimate interest', and 'consent' (for us to contact you about future events).
